One Kind of Book That I HATE!

You all know that I love books, but there’s one kind I hate!

In speaking with other business owners, I’ve found I’m not alone… There are plenty of consultants, entrepreneurs, authors, coaches, photographers, designers and other small business owners who feel exactly the same way that I do about these books.

They’re a continuing source of pain and misery, and yet they’re a barely tolerated, oft-ignored necessity.

An Interview with Larry Williams, Originator of the B-Sides Methodology

Although Larry and I have never met in person (not even on Skype yet!), I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Larry a bit on Facebook. We met through the National Speakers Association Facebook group, and connected as friends there as well. 5 Ways to Reduce the Risk of Getting Hacked

Not too long ago, I was writing a blog post and including a link to a friend’s website. When I tested the link and went to my friend’s site, I noticed something unusual.

Directly below the header and above the menu bar was an innocuous line of text.hacked site

“Viagra professional scam.”

Hmm…

That seemed a bit out of place…

I immediately notified my friend, who happened to be traveling at the time, and we discovered that his site was infected.

Bummer!

It’s not the first time I’ve seen something like this, and I’m sure it won’t be the last!
